Please read the following terms and conditions relating to Distributor registration, company policies, product sales, KYC requirements and the marketing plan of Zwell Herbs.

Distributor Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITION

The following 20 clauses are based on the Terms and Condition page published on the original Zwell Herbs website, arranged in a clearer, responsive layout.

Age Requirement

I hereby confirm that I have attained the age of 18 years prior to my application for Distributor registration to Zwell Herbs.

Distributor Registration and Status

I shall become a Distributor upon acceptance of the application by Zwell Herbs and not an employee, agent or partner of the company. As a Distributor, I shall have the right to present and market the services and products offered by Zwell Herbs in accordance with the Marketing and Compensation Plan and Statement of Policies, which may be amended from time to time by Zwell Herbs at its sole discretion.

Marketing Plan and Statement of Policies

I have carefully read and understood the Zwell Herbs Marketing Plan and Statement of Policies and acknowledge that they are incorporated as part of this agreement in their present form and as modified from time to time by Zwell Herbs at its sole discretion.

Following the Company's Marketing System

I understand that, as a Distributor of Zwell Herbs, I have to follow the marketing system designed, approved or amended from time to time. It is my duty to know, update and understand system-related information available through newsletters or the Zwell Herbs website.

Distributor ID and PAN Details

The original website states: “1 ID Distributor 1 PAN Details Will is given.” Please confirm the exact operational rule with the company.

KYC Documents

KYC documents are mandatory for Distributor registration and related verification.

Bank Account and PAN Details

Details of the bank account and PAN card are mandatory in the application form.

Product Refund and Money-Back Policy

The original page states: “30 Days Product Refunds, Money Back guaranty (Policy).” The applicable refund eligibility, process and conditions should be confirmed from the current official refund policy.

Maximum Retail Price (MRP)

A Distributor shall not sell any Zwell Herbs product at a price exceeding its Maximum Retail Price (MRP), but may sell any Zwell Herbs product at a price lower than MRP.

Incentive Deductions

The original website states that Zwell Herbs shall deduct TDS charges 5%, Service Tax 2% and donation to a charitable trust 3% from the incentive payable to the Distributor, if applicable, as per government rules. These are the figures printed on the source page and should be verified against current tax law and the company's current policy.

Brochure Calculations

All calculations given in the brochure are examples only.

Minimum Sales Volume Qualification

The original page states that to qualify for all income, a Distributor needs to purchase products with a minimum of 700 SV (Sales Volume) within a four rolling-week period. Confirm the current qualification rules with the company.

Volume or Payout Carry Forward

In order to carry forward volume or payout, a Distributor needs a PSV of 700 in four weeks or accumulated, as stated on the original website.

Left and Right Sponsor Requirement

A Left and Right sponsor are mandatory for Team Development Matching Bonus and Sponsor Team Sharing Bonus. If this condition is not met, payout will not be calculated, according to the original page.

Seminars, Training and Zwell Club Events

Rank holders and senior Distributors are required to give regular seminars, training sessions and Zwell Club events, as stated in the original terms.

Inactive Distributor ID

The original page states that an ID becomes lapsed or inactive after 90 days of business inactivity. The exact trigger and consequences should be confirmed from the current company policy.

Power Leg Carry Forward

Power Leg carry forward is listed as a condition on the original Zwell Herbs Terms and Condition page. Refer to the applicable Marketing Plan for its detailed operation.

Transparency and Flexibility

Use of Name and Photograph
